Arrangements of the Final Week and Winter Holiday for the International Students
各位留学生：
期末将至，为了保证假期工作的正常开展及做好下学期开学准备工作，现将有关工作安排如下：
All international students,
In order to guarantee the smooth development of work during the winter holiday and make preparations for the next semester, we now make the following announcement:
一、学生假期及下学期开学安排：
2018.1.2-1.5 语言研修生期末考试
2018.1.8-1.19学历生期末考试
2018.1.20-3.1 寒假
2018.3.2 报道、注册

二、学生留校要求：
2018年1月20日之前填写留学生寒假留校住宿申请（表格在留学生办公室210或留学生公寓门卫处领取）并交回至留学生办公室。
Notice for students stayingon campus
Only those students who fill in the application form for winter vacation stay (get the form from the International Students Affairs Office210 or dormitory entrance guard) and submit to theoffice before 2018.1.20can stay on campus.
三、寒假学生离校要求：
1、放假期间注意安全，注意保管护照，特别注意交通、防火、防盗、防骗方面的安全；
2、学生离校需整理好自己的生活用品（书籍、衣物、证件等），贵重物品严禁存放在宿舍内；关好门窗，切断房间电源；
3、假期留在宿舍的学生一旦出行，需在门卫管理员处登记。
4、放假期间如果签证到期，请提前15天告知办公室老师。
Requirements for leaving campus
•Take full care ofyourpassport. Pay special attention totraffic safety, fire
safety and your property safety.
•Tidy up the items (books, clothes, documents, etc.) in the dorm. The
valuables are strictly prohibited from being left in the dormitory. Shut the doors and windows, turn off the powerwhenever leaving the dormitory.
•Register at the dorm guard administrator before leaving the dormitory building.
•Contact the teacher 15 days in advance for visa issues.
